At TechAura, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt).
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method (Cash on Delivery refunds via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash).
- Refund amount excludes original shipping charges (Rs. 150–200) unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Earbuds/earphones for hygiene reasons (if seal is broken).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 314 7158052 within 7 days of delivery.
5. Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non‑refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).
6. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps:
- Contact us via WhatsApp: 0314 7158052 or 0310 3896271.
- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product (if defective).
- We will confirm the return address and instructions within 24 hours.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within 7 business days after approval, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company / bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at techaura7860@gmail.com.
