Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

3. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as bank transfers via Easypaisa/JazzCash. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or if the product is unavailable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates (2–5 working days) and may vary due to external factors. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Shipping charges (Rs. 150–200) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it separately. In summary: you have 7 days to return defective or wrong items; refunds are processed after inspection; certain items are non‑returnable.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform illegal acts, to violate any laws, to infringe on our intellectual property, to harass, abuse, or discriminate, or to transmit malware. We may terminate your access for violation of these prohibitions.

All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is the property of TechAura or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TechAura provides the site and products on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site, even if advised of the possibility.
