At TechAura, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery charges, estimated times, and Cash on Delivery (COD) process.

1. Delivery Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above PKR 3,000 – no delivery fee.
  • Standard Delivery: For orders below PKR 3,000, a flat fee of Rs. 150–200 applies (depending on your location).
  • No hidden charges – the price you see at checkout is what you pay.

2. Delivery Time

We process orders within 24 hours (excluding Fridays and public holidays). Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–3 working days
  • Other cities & remote areas: 4–5 working days

Delivery may take slightly longer due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders across Pakistan. Here's how it works:

  • You pay the exact order total (product price + delivery charges, if any) when the courier delivers your package.
  • No advance payment is required.
  • Please keep exact change ready if possible – couriers may not always have small change.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt a second delivery. After two failed attempts, the order may be canceled.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details. You can also contact us directly for updates:

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the recipient was not available after multiple attempts, or the order was refused without valid reason, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges. Re‑delivery will require payment of additional shipping fees.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you find any damage or missing items:

  • Take clear photos/videos of the package and contents.
  • Contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
