Delivery Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 3,000 – no delivery fee.
• Orders below PKR 3,000: flat fee of Rs. 150–200 (depending on location).
• No hidden charges – the price you see is what you pay.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Fridays & public holidays). Estimated delivery:

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–3 working days
• Other cities & remote areas: 4–5 working days

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD nationwide. Pay the exact total when the courier delivers your package – no advance payment required. Please keep exact change if possible.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking number. You can also contact us directly for updates.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order ID).

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

• Refund will be processed to your original payment method (COD refunds via bank transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash).
• Original shipping charges (Rs. 150–200) are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).
• Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Earbuds/earphones for hygiene reasons (if seal is broken).
